1. General Information

By accessing or using this website (www.graceboundtour.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Grace Bound Tour reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Services Offered

We offer a range of travel services including but not limited to:
– Tour Packages (Sikkim, Darjeeling, etc.)
– Cab Rentals
– Hotel Bookings
– Custom Travel Itineraries
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Booking & Payment Policy

– Bookings can be made through our website, WhatsApp, or by contacting our team.
– A minimum advance payment (as agreed during booking) is required to confirm your tour.
– Full payment must be made before the start of the tour/service.
– Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or other approved methods.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

– Cancellations made 7 days or more before the tour: 80% refund
– Cancellations made 3-6 days before the tour: 50% refund
– Cancellations made less than 3 days before the tour: No refund
– Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of cancellation.

Note: Some bookings (hotels, flights) may be non-refundable. Please check specific terms at the time of booking.

5. Change of Travel Plan

– Changes to the travel itinerary after booking will depend on availability and may incur additional charges.
– Grace Bound Tour will do its best to accommodate changes but does not guarantee approval.

6. Travel Insurance

– We do not provide travel insurance by default.
– Clients are advised to purchase their own insurance for protection against delays, cancellations, or emergencies.

7. Liability Disclaimer

– Grace Bound Tour shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, accident, or delays caused by:
– Natural calamities
– Vehicle breakdowns
– Political unrest
– Third-party services (hotels, cab providers, etc.)
– We act as an intermediary and shall not be liable for deficiencies in services provided by third
parties.

8. Client Responsibilities

– Clients must carry valid ID proof during travel.
– Respect local laws, culture, and nature.
– Any damages to vehicles, hotels, or equipment due to client negligence must be compensated.

9. Privacy

Your personal data (name, phone number, etc.) collected during inquiry or booking is protected under our Privacy Policy and is never shared with third parties without consent.

10. Jurisdiction

All disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Darjeeling, West Bengal.
